Getting Started

What you need to know as a patient

A prescription is always required

Compounded medications are not available without a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. Before contacting ACP Pharmacy, speak with your prescriber to determine whether a compounded formulation is appropriate for you.

Have your information ready

When you contact us or request a refill, it helps to have your prescription details, any previous reference numbers, and your contact information available. Our team will guide you through the rest.

Preparation takes time

Unlike commercially manufactured medications, compounded formulations are prepared individually. Timelines vary depending on the formulation. Contact our team to understand what to expect for your specific request. [VERIFY WITH CLIENT]

We are here to answer your questions
